My friend posted tea bag and it never showed in her market place to me and she never got paid but it states sold on her side

For most events, event-related items cannot be sold to other players. If a player puts an item--in this case, a tea bag--up for sale, a "bot" account will eventually buy it. I don't know about your friend not getting paid, however...usually the bot accounts leave behind the coins used to purchase the item.

Some events allow us to trade event items and some events dont. This happens in events whereby we cant buy/sell event items. It's intended that we can't for the Winter Wonderland event.
