I'm only a level 4 on my kappy account. I'm sure obviously I cannot do this event that's currently going on, but does anyone have a clue of what level you need to be to do this/participate in it?

Paul is right ...I think Level 16 or Level 17
Quickest way to level up is sending planes.

Just one more question (if you don't mind to answer) how frequent are the events?
An event ends...new one starts next day So continuously and
PS I live for events

Usually after an event ends a new one begins the next day. They are usually two weeks (periodically we get a one week event, or on top of the regular schedule monthly event)
In addition to what Judy said, you can also get a lot of level points from the Farmers Market.

I think this is the right thread to post in, I am trying to put out my Easter Bunny, and bride and groom bunnies. I tried the rabbit and bunny borrow but, game tells
me I need a Gentle Gazabo.... Where do they go?

I know when I get a habitat out of the cellar I go there and see what pets can live in it!
I'm new to the game. I just reached level 14 and am completely stuck. I'm wondering if it gets better or I should just quit now.
All of my trades are requesting items that need buildings I can't afford (only have $200) I haven't bought anything I haven't been asked to so I don't know how to advance. I have put some things up for sale, hoping to make money that way but it will take forever to get the 2500 coins I need.
