What level do you get the 3rd and final pig pen?

I'm level 28, I only have 2 pig pens (8 pigs) - I have seen higher level ranking players with 3 pens (12 pigs).

So, what is the level requirement to get all 12 pigs?

I tried adding you and it said we were already neighbors. I went to your farm and I see all 12 pigs. Try changing the pig skin and see if the fourth one appears.

I have so many duplicate items in my cellar, should I get rid if them?? It is so full it?s hard to know what I have in the cellar now!

It's an individual choice. I don't plan on dumping anything because if I do then I will want it.

I didn’t either LOL. I have around 200 neighbors so it’s hard to keep track of everyone on the list.

I have tons of decorations and pets in the cellar as well, probably hundreds over the years I’ve been playing this game. I usually keep them in the cellar for the same reason. It’s very hard for them to be organized though... I wish they added a search option.
