What do others think is the best use of 15 minutes of unlimited energy? Chop sacks of gifts endlessly? Look for fangbeasts? Chop as many trees? Other ideas? Goal is to work on the event goals. Thanks.

Chop Sacks of Gifts, that way you can maximise your Bags of Coal. Also, you can stock up on the Christmas Magic, which is needed for all the crafts.

I chopped two crab apple trees without getting any green ornaments. I force closed my game and then they started to drop. I have also received ornaments from a Red Acer tree. I haven?t tried other trees yet.

As Moon has said in a later post, Green Ornaments are dropping from chopping all trees. Good opportunity to clear trees from expansions. S8 will probably read these posts and fix this glitch, so strike while the iron is hot!

I use mine to do all the things around my kingdom that are neglected during an energy-intensive event like this

Oh no! Was hoping this difference wouldn't be raised.

I might be in the minority but I prefer it this way.
It's much easier to get get the gingerbread foot (burnt gingerbread spawned every 5 or so ponds) whereas it takes 2,3 or 4 Sacks of Gifts to drop one Bag of Coal.

For me the coals are free since I have to chop the gift sacks for Xmas Magics anyway. And I must?ve been supper naughty this year is because my gifts are full of coals, at least 1-3 coals per 20-chop sack. I have heaps of coals for adventuring. lol The feet are easy to get but quite energy wasting (at least 10 energy per foot). Not to mention the occasional boar. But like Shibuya said they may not fix it at all.

I just chopped 6 of the presents (yesterday's and today's) and only got gingerbread men. Sad

The holiday trade now asks for 5 burnt cookies. In previous rollouts of this type of quest, it would have only needed one cookie. Is this a mistake or on purpose? It just makes the trade a lot harder. Thank you.
