KNOWN :App closes or freezes when I play videos

Hey there,
In my game when video ads are played the game either force quits or hangs and forces me to restart.
I am wondering if I can delete and reinstall the game, but I don't want to lose all I have done so far!
Please help!

No it doesn't start the video at all.

I know in other games, this is an issue. I will add this game to the list.

In the meantime, it would be really helpful if I can reinstall the app without loosing everything. So I can reinstall it, or if it still doesn't work use another device!

If an interstitial ad fails to play in our Bingo games, it should eventually time out. However, the timeout period is fairly long -- about 60 seconds. If you are closing the game before that amount of time, the game may not necessarily be frozen.
