Not received chocolate nutcracker

I got over 750 points and was to receive the Chocolate Nutcracker. I?ve been trying for hours to find it in my storage. Usually I have to close the game one time to receive items won. Today I?ve closed the game multiple times and still haven?t received the chocolate nutcracker. It?s been over five hours and that means I?ve missed two (2) ?gifts?. How many more ?gifts? an I going to miss till this is corrected?
