I don't understand the boosts for evolving, incubating, etc. Whenever I use a boost it doesn't seem to do anything.

It speeds up the timer count down for all affected buildings, but only for 1 hour. You'll still see 1 hour counting down, but the time will actually pass faster. ie. a 10x boost will mean a 1 hour crop will finish in 6 minutes (60 minutes divided by 10). When the boost ends, the timer will start going at normal speed again. If you plant a Diamondate 5 hour crop with a 2x boost, the crop will finish in 4 hours and 30 minutes. 1 hour gets divided by 2 (the 30 minutes), but the remaining 4 hours will tick down at normal speed.

How can you tell how many boosts you have available? Is there a limit to how many you can store? Grateful for info.

. I believe there is a limit of 8 each.......2x,5x,10x. Feel free to correct me :-)

Just tap the boost option when you select any affected building. You'll see an expanded list of the boosts available and how many you have. Tap the relevant option to actually activate the boost. YOu can't check these numbers if you have a boost active though.

anyone have trouble making their boost work? the egg and breeding boosts have worked. but not my farm one
