RS 2 :Can't access game

The game circle spins and then says this game requires an internet connection. I force closed, I reinstalled and nothing. I am going to lose cruise progress.

cannot get in for like 6 hours now...
i have cleared cache, and made sure i could connect to internet (other apps are fine)

I haven't been able to get into Restaurant Story 2 for almost 7 hours. Same reason. Game isn't connecting to the internet.
