Please help, I can't see the the machine and products!

Hello, i'm playing on a Samsung Tablet, Android, Version: 8.1.0 Farm Version: ID: NCW523B

I can not press the question mark next to Help / FAQ. If I print on it, Farm Story 2 will stop immediately and close ..
The other problem is that sometimes I can not see the products properly. Never had problems with it before. Have already done reinstalling, but brings nothing.
Have already contacted the support by mail but there came back only I should contact the forum.

Have you tried clearing device cache or a different network? Your game app is trying to download the new graphics but unable to. This could be due to several factors like your device processor, sufficient space and memory or your network bandwith. Try the suggestions under Connection Issues, Device Performance and Display/Graphics Issues in What can I do to try to resolve my game issues?
