It’s only about 5-6 plots on an outer edge: if you haven’t expanded to them, you won’t see the discount. My low level kingdom doesn’t have them

Thanks! I was afraid that there was going to be another big miscommunication, because I read that other post. 2 hours can make a big difference.

You're welcome. I wasn't taking a chance tho & finished the last permit & expanded at 8 here (CST), which is 2 hours ahead of Pacific time.

Mine says 10pm PST as well. It?s not 10pm PST for almost an hr and a half but my promotion ended already ☹️
