A sale on Marble Keys?

Judging by the screenshot provided I assume as follows:
1) 50% reduced hours of making one Marble Key, which means 12 Hours for 1 Marble Key.
2) 20% reduced Adventure Tickets for crafting any Dragon (For example Gold Horizon needs 200 Adventure Tickets to get crafted, reduced by 20% means 160 Adventure Tickets).
3) 50% more Essences, by using the same Trading time (For example an Ultra Rare Dragon needs 24 hours of trading to provide 100 Essences and during the Black Friday sale an Ultra Rare Dragon will provide 150 Essences in the same period of time/24 hours).
