I also got it completing the same bingo task and used Mercury as well. So that's definitely a successful combo for players who are having difficulty breeding it..

did not really pay attention at first where asks to breed this, thought it was the common for new tales.
got it within five trials.... surprise. now i have to head back trying for the common dragon needed for tales.
