    Missing 100 gems

    Some ad poped up full screen, while I was attending to ovens, game froze, had to forceslose it and when I got back, 100 gems were missing, cant even imagine where.
    Please, fix it and restore missing gems
    And why support is not working on an active game?!?

    Android 4.4.4
    game ver.1.5.5.9
