Habitat is not expanding.

I bought the Smugglers Cove habitat for 150 gold I like the look and was suppose to be expandable. I paid 300 gold to expand it said it would now hold 5 dragons but the size has not increased. The size is 2x2 originally. Size Has not changed. You can't even get 2 dragons in them, they are all over the ground. Is this habitat going to expand to 4x4. Or is this a useless waste of money?

I want to stay the graphics in the game are really great. I like a lot of the habitats but the colors are really difficult. If it is for red dragons it needs to be a color that red shows up against. Black does not show well against black, dark purple or dark gray. Green does not show against green. Could you please take this into consideration when assigning colors to a habitat.
