For the Dollie goal, I could collect them from Swans as well as Chickens. Spring Chick did not check off the "Collect from Chicken" goal, but the standard Chicken did.
I agree with some of the players here that it feels like an awful lot of work for a citizen. I might quit after Chapter 2, but I have a habit of trying to finish what I started so we'll see.
Edit: I should have quit at Chapter 2 so I wouldn't have had to deal with the Hatchery mess.

Uninstalled Castle Story, my account is no longer active. Sorry to all the people who added me - I know I really appreciated having reliable neighbors, I feel bad that I'm no longer one of them. May the rest of you active players not fall into traps that demolish your Gems.

You would think S8 would want the players to spend as much time as possible in game working on goals but when you're waiting for 12 hours for drops that cuts game time way down...lol. Tap Ivy, chop a few trees, tap a few farmhouses & chickens ... done ... until another collection from Ivy in 12 hours. Honestly, how can having a 12 hour wait help increase their bottom line when that puts players online only twice a day or so...lol.

Been trying for a few hours now
The 4 places to look for the second picture are Cottages, rocks, white trillium, and sparking mines.
Check your goal list, there is a sub goal which gives all the hints. And you can the ck the pics section on page 1, there is the spot listed for each corner.

Are you checking your goal book? You should have a separate goal for finding the 4 pieces.

My Ch 1 disappeared too. I've force closed a couple of times & even powered off, but still not there. I sure hope it's a glitch that will be fixed, otherwise yesterday was a total waste of gameplay ☹️
