Sweet surprises vii issue

So I am on sweet surprises vii but even though it shows me that I need to make the trade for the pumpkin cottage it?s still saying blocked by goal when I go to craft it.

I find that strange, none of the others left the item blocked to make once you got to the step where you need to make it as it gave you the option of gems to skip finding all of the pops.

Apparently, even though the tasks to make the cottage unlocked and I had already found a pop from the potion shop to unlock it, I had to a second pop from the potion shop before it was happy - even though that wasn’t a goal anymore.
