    iOS 12 Update Issues

    Yesterday I updated my iphone and since then I have not been able to open my Home Design Story app. It just crashes. I have two other houses under different storm ID's on two different ipads, they work fine, but they were not updated. So I wonder if this could be the problem. Is anyone else having this problem??

    HDS doesn't work on iPhone or iPad after update to iOS12

    I am having the same problem on my iPhone and iPad since I updated to to iOS12. The splash screen appears, then disappears, and the game never starts. When I look at my running apps, it is there, but the game will not actually run.

    Home Design Story | Thanks for contacting us.

    We have limited support services for Home Design Story and will not be able to respond to individual requests. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    So I guess they aren?t working on it

    Same , I updated my ipad yesterday and it wont move the message screen. The X in the corner will not close it out. I have restarted and even deleted and reinstalled game and it has not helped. My animals are moving in the background and I can go to other players farms via "visit" but none of the icons ie friend farmer, home etc work when touched.

    It shouldn't take very long. It could be as short as a few hours, up to a few days. You can enable automatic updates to be automatically updated or check back a couple times a day to see if there's an app update in your App Store.
