iOS 12 Update Issues

Yesterday I updated my iphone and since then I have not been able to open my Home Design Story app. It just crashes. I have two other houses under different storm ID's on two different ipads, they work fine, but they were not updated. So I wonder if this could be the problem. Is anyone else having this problem??

Update:

The issue is using iOS 9. I'll share this with the development team, but I'm not sure if a 3+ year old OS is still supported. If possible, please update to iOS 10 or higher. If your device isn't able to do that, I'll share that with our team as well.
