    In the bug forum they said they were looking into this but that was about an hour ago and still can't get in ,,, grrrrr

    Now it's been over 12 hours ,that I CAN'T GET IN MY GAME , I lost so must time on a timed event .PLEASE FIX THIS now it's the weekend I don't think any body working ,

    I managed to get into the game, but I noticed that my neighbors in the game were completely deleted ...

    This is driving me crazy I can't get in my game, I reloaded city story metro and farm story 2 , and I can get in to both of these games with no problem so the problem lies with castle story not me
    Haven not been able,to get I n my game since Friday around 5-5:30 EST now it's Sunday and still can get in my game ,PLEASE PLEASE fix this
    The name of my kingdom is Meeka Manor

    Really sorry to hear you're having such a hard time, Meeka. No troubleshooting has helped at all?
    Maybe clear the devices cache, reboot your router, perform a hard restart of your device. I'm hoping one of these will,work for you.

    Already tried all of them nothing yet
    Uninstall to re-install twice .. Hard shut down reg shut down many times ..clean out my history so many times I can't count Like I said I down loaded acouple other s/8 games they worked no problem
    Yes rebooted my router 3 or 4 times

    It has to be with in the game them self I know it's just a hand full of us that can't get in the game ,I hope it's fix some thing soon and this is a Holliday weekend so I don't see them fixing it today ,,,

    I haven't heard form anybody in days on this issue ,please !!!!! fix this ,it's been 3 days , I know it's a Holliday weekend so , I wait until tomorrow , nope I give ya until Wednesday morning before I delete the game and say good buy to my wonderful neighbors I know it's not my internet or my iPad cuz I down loaded other S/8 games and they worked !!M
