Free Gift videos not playing properly

When attempting to watch the Free Gift videos, the screen goes black and no video loads. I have also tried watching the video through the Treehouse (to get a free dart), but there the screen fades out, then returns to normal, but with the pacing chicken on display. Again no video loads.

This started yesterday, and though I hoped it would resolve today, the issue persisted.

Not sure how or why, but when I tried watching the video again, this time it loaded. Perhaps it was that it was a different video that would not load properly, and this was a different video? Again, not sure how or why.

Glad it's working now. Feel free to let me know if it happens again. By the way, my video fails to load sometimes, very rarely but it happened. I will load it a little while later and it works.
