I have only one spot left to place a habitat and its being blocked. There is a tile that I cannot move or store because its being blocked by the Winter Wonderland habitat. I have sent a help ticket for help and they keep replying for me to move or store it. I explained I cannot do so that is why I sent the ticket and still no help. I cannot keep playing because I have no room to place new animals. What do I do I tried support and got no help.

Board management such as clearing debris or moving objects on the board is not a service offered by support. This isn't a bug. You'll need to assess and arrange your game board to access areas if you have blocked them with other items.
