I also submitted a ticket yesterday but I haven't received any of my gems back that I lost. I notice others thanking S8 for their quick response but I'm still waiting. When I submitted it, it said received. Is anyone else still waiting or did something go wrong with mine? Thanks

Edit: my 2nd ticket worked and I got my gems but a dozen cabalas later nothing. It's ok because even if I got the animal I have nowhere to put it. So frustrated.
