Some time ago my daughter deleted Monopoly Bingo after difficulties playing. She recently reinstalled and plays regularly but sees no ads to get extra gems. I think she has forgotten that she paid to remove them. Is there any way she can see the ads now because she can get few gems otherwise?

I'm sorry, this is a promotional feature which comes and goes to random players. Players who have it may not always have it and players who dont have it stand a chance to get it. Hope you get yours soon.
