    Sorry no, you only get the queen dragon after you finish the tales and hatch the final dragon seawitch. When you do that you will be given a coin to craft the queen dragon. The aquar tokens are for the sunken prince dragon which you need 4 to craft him, 1 from ch 5, 1 from ch 6 and 2 from ch 7 I think.

    If you finish the tales and hatch the grand prize dragon (Seawitch) you will receive an Aquarian Coin which you can use to craft Queen

    I am at Chapter 5, Act 3 where I have to collect more Aquar Crowns - when I put two dragons in the den, will it count this time since I've already crafted Seaking?

    It should. It worked for me and I have also crafted Seaking. They seem to have fixed that issue.

    You can get the queen dragon after you finish ALL the chapters and hatch the final dragon you get for doing so. Good luck!!
