Is the Rollback Bug being investigated?

I noticed in the 'Bugs and Issues' section that there isn't a thread about the rollbacks stickied. Threads about most of the other known or frequently reported bugs are stickied and/or marked as "Known" or "Investigating." But, none of the rollback threads have any of those designations.

The rollback glitch seems to be the most commonly experienced bug in the game the past several months. It affects both iOS and Android players. Many players have reported it, and probably all players have experienced it. It is a big problem and it would be nice to know if S8 is putting in any sort of effort to fix it.
