Boost is not working in Birthday

Has anyone ever been successful at submitting a problem. I justed use 15 gems to purchase a boost and I should have been able to reach the Rainbow Dragon but the Boost didn't work at all I'm getting so tired all the problems that this game has and not being able to get any help with any of them. On the last one the story book adventure it skipped me back to acts in one of the chapters so very frustrating

I am unable to submit a request because it asked for a category but does not have a place to select category so it is impossible to submit one
