I had a snow cone machine that I had out and is gone?! This is not the snow machine the makes shaved ice in a cup, it is a snow cone machine that make snow cones in a cone and is a purple/pink cart on wheels, where did it go and how can I get it back?

It sounds like the item you're describing is this one in the picture below:
The above is actually a floor decoration in Restaurant Story, not an appliance, and was a goal prize from a recent goal. You should be able to see it towards the end of your floor decorations tab
