this was what happened to me too when i used my party bait, but i DID get a plate. i didn't say anything cuz i thought that was just how the party bait worked by deisgn: empty hook + plate for collection. just thought i would chime in now that someone else brought it up.

The team has fixed this. This issue has affected some players and those affected have been credited with party baits.
