Please fix the locked items problem

I know there is a thread about this in the ?Bugs? section, but there are no updates on this issue.
Can someone please fix the locked ovens,recipes, tables and chairs problem? And I just realized that all of my old goal prizes are also locked!
Please fix this problem. I would like to start the new goal tomorrow, but would truly appreciate if this problem could be fixed before the new goal starts.
