I don't know how many pts I should have but I know that what I have is no where what I should have. I do have:
1st prize - Champion Chalice
2nd prize - Thunderous Tile
3rd prize - Thunderous Tree
This thread is a great example of our "I want what I want and I want it right now" society. Who, exactly, are you referring to when you say "No one's on?" Rynetory is a moderator. She volunteers her time. She is not obligated to be on here 24/7 as *SHE HAS A LIFE.* The people who actually work for S8, like @Elsa and @flatfoot and @mannersmouse are, well, working. They aren't here checking into the forum every 5 minutes to see if anyone is having a problem.
I *totally* understand people being upset about not receiving the points and so forth that they earned, and I especially empathize with those who lost real money, but I'm confident that S8 will get this worked out. Maybe I'm just older than the rest of you and have the perspective of time and of seeing that things usually work out given time. Again, this event started 3 hours ago. Let them figure it out.

I will be happy just to get my 288 gems back. Storm8 has been good about reimbursing gems from glitches and wrong formulas for new animals. I will just continue playing since its working now.
Just FYI the people spending money and that lost gems are supporting this game financially, we volunteer to be here and to buy in, we do have rights to our feelings. Hopefully they decide to compensate the loss in an appropriate manner. We will see what they do
