I can't see the upgrade button? If you do not see the upgrade button, click somewhere else on the board and then click back on the item. The buttons should return. Force close if still not showing. * Help! The drops aren't going into my inventory! There is a counter on the top right of screen and all drops go there. They do not go into inventory. * To get the first individual prize, you need to collect 20 plush swords. * When you reach 20, the next individual prize opens up for you and will show you how many plush swords you will need for the next individual prize. * Once you reach 63 plush swords, you are eligible for any and all of the prizes that are earned by the community (shown on the second row). * The total number of plush swords is updated on the counter as soon as they drop, not when they are collected. * Be mindful that upgrading resets the timer back to 2 hours. Note: you may have to force close to see the timer change to unlimited energy. The place were you see your energy balance will change and in its place will show UNLIMITED ENERGY and a timer counting down from 10 minutes.
Note: Other players may see that they have 40 energy that just keeps topping up when it gets down to zero.
Note: Do NOT complete the requirements of goal 3 during goal 2's unlimited time or you will move straight onto the second set of unlimited time or not be offered goal 3 at all.

Since toy shop started I could not see the items, just blanks on my board, I can't even see them in the market, only circles going round, I can place the shop and chests, but cant see them, so I uninstalled and installed and now I have nothing, game tells me it can't be installed......I feel I'm going crazy!! I need 4 plush skunkupine to level up = 160 gems needed. There are 4 more levels up at 4 plush each, so I need to spend real cash to buy 160 x 4 gems = 640 gems to complete the event. Do I have this right? Is there any other way to find a toy thief to then get a plush skunkupine?

lovely kingdom.. passed by to see if I could help you.
I would put out many more ponds.. I see you have 5. place 10-15 near to each other.. then tap all when you're collecting. before the end of collection you should spawn a thief. repeat when they're ready again for collection.
our kingdoms differ on collection rates, but however no! you shouldn't need to buy all those traps. it's ridiculous.. you have to spawn them!
I spawn usually every 3 to 5 ponds without problems. once in awhile it's a 10. have a look at the set up of my ponds so you see the continuous collection.
in all that we have to spawn.. always better to keep them side by side. maybe it's just my idea, but it works well for me. the more we're requested to spawn, more of the spawning places have to be placed. you may have to upset your kingdom to make them fit, but it's worthwhile the results. you can store everything after and arrange your kingdom back to normal.
