- If the task says SERVE something, it will count when your food is ready and served from appliance to counters, so you can PREPARE it beforehand, but not serve it until the task will ask you to do that (do not forget that the food spoils if it is not served from appliance to counters within around 2x time of its cooking (for example, if you prepared 2hrs dish and did not serve it, it will spoil in abt 4hrs after preparation) - so, plan your preps accurately).
- In order to avoid premature servings in case you prepare the food for different steps simultaneously, make sure to put appliances cooking next step food to other place than the ones cooking for running step, or separate them with some decorative items. |
