That sales pitch ("collect up to 960 food a day") is really hilarious
Assuming that one were to receive the full 960 food per day from the first day it was purchased, it would take just under 271 days to accumulate the 260,000 food that can be purchased for the same amount of gold. But maybe there's another way of looking at it that makes it worth the purchase for others?
Either way, over the years I've developed a firm rule of never spending more than 200 gold on a dragon and I've never purchased food for gold so my opinion is just that, an opinion. It is pretty though.
How does it provide 960 food per day? Is that at Level 15? In which case, how much food does it take to get to Level 15? It probably takes months just to recoup from feeding it up, yet alone the original cost in gold.
Oh! I didn?t think the thumbs up icon would show? 👍🏼 Now they need to make a emoji like icon 😀
I foolishly bought Snowdrift sometime ago. Soon after realized that it requires too much food to get it to level 15 for max production. I have it at level 10 and considers it a lesson learned. It is not worth it to spend gold and then use precious apples to feed it to max level. It shouldn?t be that way as gold was spent in lieu of coins.
Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
I never had the need to buy any resource dragon other than the GPD's.
If you ask me the profit is way too low compared to the cost to raise them.
For that reason all my GPD's are at 4 gold per day, so only my Gold Horizons are level 10.
Only if S8 would release a marble key producing dragon I would be tempted to buy one. If only...
Twee(200): 788 unique dragons, 529 epic, 7 lvl 15, 20 eggs, 18 in stable. 22 Diamonds, 14 GPD.
Drie(168) (id:Bastiaan00): 209 unique dragons, 187 epic, no noble crystal. 8 Diamonds, 3 GPD.
I'm not addicted, I just like to play
