Does anyone know if the true cinnamon trees give the same stuff as the standard cinnamon trees (cinnamon sticks and oil)?

Anyone else's cinnamon trees show Cinnamon Sprigs but none get added to your inventory? I harvest the cinnamon trees it shows Cinnamon Sprigs but i did not get any springs. I made sure i have room in my silo and barn before harvesting.

So, does that mean we can harvest oranges every 2 hours from the Orange Grove (the way we can from the Maple Grove), or will it be every however-many-hours-it-is-now-from-the-regular-Orange-Trees, essentially making it the equivalent of 1 (or possibly 2, since the Maple Grove doubles what we can collect from the regular and Golden Maple Trees) additional Orange Trees beyond the 8 maximum we can have?
