So if they put a animal in the shop as a temporary sale, does that usually mean it may be temporarily breedable? How did you know to use rainguin and rockodile since the rainboa is rainbow and nature type?

Yes, that's right. If an animal is on sale, at the end of its description in the shop you can see whether there is *not found through breeding*. If not, it's almost certain that it may be breedable during the sale, and even if it says not breedable you may give it a try (there were cases when they just forgot to change description and we did breed the animal, like so many people got Infernowl earlier this year for example). I'm always trying to breed animals on sale that I like if I'm not chasing some goal animal.
As for the breeding combo, when animal on sale has basic elements, it's clear what to breed. For specific elements (like rainbow in this case), you have to use the element that was put instead of it when the animal was introduced as a task. In creatures guide here i found rainboa thread and there was info to breed water and earth. It is a little strange, but did work

I got the Rainboa, but.....it's on my account where I have no more room. 😕 Luckily one of the Rainbow type habitats is currently upgradeable for 100 gems, so I put Snakey in there.

I used the Rockodile and Rainguin combo that others used. I don't know if that was the only working combo or not.

IF the Rainboa is gone from the market now, you can't breed for it, though. But yes, going forward, be sure to try for some of the sale animals.

Thank you! I have a question. If I breed Chrystal Unicorn with a rainbow type, do I have a chance of just an Crystal animal with that combination (crystal/rainbow) or at one with different elements also (crystal/ nature, water, fire, earth?)?
