plus we get gems for installing special versions in the past right? i remember installing a few versions for the gems...

Correct. They made special versions for Android to get gems when downloading. iOS did not get special versions but they got gems for downloading and playing new games that were released to iOS only.

That's so weird, I'm on ios and I can gift tulip. I wonder why it doesn't show up for everyone.
