Burn out from babysitting game
I enjoy castle story but lately it has been more of a chore. I play 4 games daily (I used to play 9 TL/S8 games but castle story is the only one I play now) and this is the only game that requires hourly maintenance, laborious tapping and micromanagement. Game developers require players to spend money but the gems required for skipping steps or short cutting are unreasonable. Willing to spend up to 300 gems per week to get some sleep, socialise without sneaking off to collect for time limited events and restful weekends where I don?t check in more than 4 times a day and yet still able to complete events.
Please consider leaving longer times between collections and having breaks between events. Would suggest you have sales of alicorns, bring back items from previous events/rerun previous events or even sell the love shack for 2000 gems during these breaks and I?m sure you would not lose revenue during these weeks.

I remember way back when a update could be as simple as new items in the market

Exactly!! I have gotten burned out on the game for exactly the same reasons. You shouldn't have to literally babysit the game 24/7 to complete an event or spend gems to complete the event. Games should be enjoyable, not full of stress and another chore!
