In a timed event,I made an active dish on a commercial stove,I forgot to put it on the counter.I opened the game again until after the event,I found that the food made on the commercial stove was gone,The commercial stove is also out of use.

Could it be that your game progress was not properly saved so it reverted back to the last saved progress? Try cooking again and make sure you visit another restaurant to do a force save of your game progress before you exit the game. Do not leave the game running in the background as it causes sync errors.
