App won't open

I am using Android. I cannot open the app as of last night. I reinstalled the original version and I am still getting the Trickster saying to check my connection. The connection is fine because I can open Fantasy. I strange part is the music plays, but it won't open.
Any suggestions? I'm going to try deleting some other apps.

Do you reach the splash screen or does it stay on on your device home screen with the music playing?

I get the Trickster connection page and music.
I checked my memory and it was fine. I went ahead and cleaned cache, forced stopped everything I could, and restarted.
I have two other versions in the playstore so I may try that.

Try the regular version and not a seasonal version.

I had to work (stupid job) and didn't have time to dl the holiday version. Anyway, I got home and I was able to open the game. I'm going to bring my Galaxy tablet to work tomorrow and see what happens. The strange part is this problem did start last night on my home wifi??? Hmm.

Do you have Verizon Fios?

Sometimes ISPs temporarily block us during the evening hours. We haven't been able to identify why this occurs, but there's typically a pattern with ISP providers when multiple players have this issue.
