I just went through my list twice and see nothing that matches either the image or the name. This is super weird. I've posted in the bugs thread in the hopes a mod will be able to find out if the part becomes available with a goal or if it's something we can only request but not gift.

Flavor Button is definitely brand new part, and it's not in gifts list for now. so far, it looks like it's obtainable only via request system. let's just wait until devs will come back overnight. maybe someone will clarify this situation then
