I cannot access into the game anymore because I reached the maximum XP. I cannot continue playing at that bakery so I have to use another bakery outlet to play instead because I love Bakery Story so much. I use back my same design as the previous bakery but change different colours in the year 2022. I reached level 100 on 5 January 2022.

Have you reached out to the team in regards to this issue? In the past, when players reached the maximum XP and their games went wonky, the team was able to go in and remove some XP so the account was still usable. I already filled a ticket with Storm8 Support regarding account recovery on 9 January 2022. Until today still my account did not recover back yet. When then can I get my account back? Is really unfair for me because I cannot collect my gems from 4 gem dispenser for so many days already. I cannot continue to play bakery story. Is not right to lock my account like that and without giving me any notice before my game lock and now still cannot access into the bakery story game at all.

I am using another bakery account to write here instead because that bakery with level 100 is locked forever and do not know when I can get to access into the game again?

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that! I love Bakery Story so much as well, so I can understand what it feels like not being able to access the game anymore! (I had a 2nd account that I loved so much, but unfortunately lost the password forever...).

Its such a shame S8 doesnt let you get to lvl 100 and beyond! I remember playing City story where I saw people reaching level 103 or something Same is with the expansions, just dont get it why they dont add them anymore... Lots of questions to S8 ... ?\_(ツ)_/?

thanks for your response! I?d have done it but in order to recover the password S8 requires your registered email adress to send you further details/info. I didn?t indicate my email adress upon the registration (of any of my two accounts). Unfortunately the only info I have about my 2nd account is my login name....
