Thanks! This means the only element I don't have an animal for is Food. Hopefully I will have hoarded enough gems by the time one goes on sale again to get one! I was really torn on whether to go ahead and pop on this one, but it is very cute, and I love birds. So I decided to splurge.

I'm missing food as well, and bomb. So many things I like but I need to make a decision on spending my gems for.
You did made a great deal for buying it. I love birds as well.
I'm curious how it works on the level earns, with the Runic Fox in mind, I know that for every form the earning increase. So 4 runes on epic form. The Raven can be collected max 3 runes, so only after raising it to adult you can collect 2 I assume? I'm speculating how this works. Can you confirm and let us know what and how about this earning process? Or someone else TIA.

No - fox and raven are same when it comes to rune producion. But never collect before 12 hours are up if you have one animal. If you have 1 level 15 rune animal then you will get 1 rune every 6 hours. But the timer resets the moment you collect. So if you wait exactly 24 hours (+ few moments extra to be sure) - you will get 4 runes for like 24 hours.
If you wait 12 hours( + few moments extra) - this is where collect mark appears over the habitat - you can have 2 runes.

But if you collect like 11 hours 59 minutes- you will get only 1 rune and timer resets. It doesn't matter that you only had under 1 minute left until next rune - timer resets and starts new 6 hour countdown toward next rune. So worst thing you can do is collect each rune separately - as you can only get 2 runes per day - if you are so unlucky that you collect before at least collection time shows above habitat.

How often do you collect? Rune and bomb are bit tricky. If you collect as soon as you seen a +1 rune - it isworst thing you can do. If you have level 15 fox or raven. You will get 1 rune per 6 hours. 2 per 12 hours; 3 for 18 hours and 4 for 24 hours. Hoever - the moment you collect - the timer WILL RESET. Meaning: Let's say it has been 11 hours and 59 minutes from last collection - one animal has made 1 rune during that time, and next one should pop up under 1 minute. However - if you collect before that time - timer will reset and you will wait for this rune 6 hours. NOT 1 minute. Basically : safest way to collect from those animals - wait until there is collection mark above habitat. Look at time - make sure it has been at least 12 hours or 24 hours ( and not even Minute before - wait few more to be extra sure) , since you would lose at least one rune per collection.

Worst thing someone could do - collect randomly per 1 rune - and if they are unlucky - they may end up with 2 runes from level 15 rune animal. ( if they collect 1 rune separately slightly before 12 hours are up). Even if it could make 4 runes per 24 hours.

Personally I just wait like 24 hours and bit extra. for 1 animal. and 12 hours ( + 2 minutes extra) for 2 animals - then I know I maxed out.

I do collect every 24 hours. I should be getting 4 from fox and 3 from raven, but I am not. Any know why?
