    Thumbs up Purchased gems during sale on 4/13/18, but did not receive them

    Hi! I bought a pack of gems for $3.99 and was charged, but didn't get the gems as the post got stuck on a loading screen. I tried to restart my game a few times and re-download the gem package, but each time, it just said that I had already purchased the package and it would be restored. Once the sale was over, it never was and I had to buy the gems at full price. Thanks for checking this out!!!!
    Play in my Queendom everyday, but newer to the forum! Would love to make some friends who are active in the forum!
