    Mardi Gras gnome is from the first goal and if you tap on him he spins around. Jester gnome is from the second goal.

    Wow! That GNOME is fast! Every time we've caught him he's run away! But he is dropping some GNOME Spice as he leaves...I wonder if we might be able to lure this GNOME to come live with us! What else might that GNOME like to eat?

    Get 1 Spore Sprout (random drop from plane deliveries)
    Buy 1 Mossy Log from the market
    REWARDS: 200 coins, 1 Jester GNOME , 3 experience points

    Got a spore sprout and gave it to the mossy log.
