You can do both quests.
My neighbour finished both using gems
She has her limit of show ponies
They both walk around kind of waddling as they walk and I have never seen anything this cute
Storm team I wish you would put them on Stormie's farm so everyone could see them

It looks like i am going to need about 40 portobello mushrooms just to complete the first 7 goals. My pigs are giving zero or one portobello each time (usually zero). I don’t think I will even make it to goal seven. I normally do not use gems for events but even if I wanted to for this one, I don’t think I will have enough to get Ms. Gnome (that’s if I somehow manage to get goal 7 finished). We will see how far I get.


No offense to my pigs but they get stingy during events

You're not alone...I've been sitting on Goal 5 with one more Mushroom Burger to make because my pigs won't share their Portobello mushrooms with me. And to think, I'm going to have to negotiate with them countless more times to get enough to finish Goals 6 and 7, then do goals 4-7 all over again another 4 times...

Although I took the advice offered earlier about the gnome and it works for me. I exit the game for 5 - 10 minutes get back in and he appears.
