Town Square | Maya goals auto starting incorrectly

You should ignore the quests unless you have purchased Maya from the Town Square. It's currently being discussed in the Town Square thread, you might want to head over and give it a look.

Also, there's a Bugs thread concerning this.
It will start after you've visited a neighbor who has Maya.
Force closing helps but is only a temporary fix until the next time. It also makes visiting your neighbors a pain.

Has there been any word on a fix for this? This is still happening in my game. I can't visit neighbours as Maya keeps popping up like an unwanted houseguest

Hi there from cloudysky6400, i logged a complaint about Maya yesterday but dont see it on the pages. I have the same problem with Maya completely destroying my game time and again. I hope this bug is fixed quickly. Thanks Very frustrating and annoying.

I haven't traded any crowns yet either but for some reason the Baron is gone from my Town Square(only Maya showing up there) & sneaking around my Queendom somewhere.

I did not purchase the Baron, S8, & I want my 500 Crowns back!!!

It is impossible to play, Maya appears "the mystic" and it keeps downloading, again and again, and again it appears again and again unloading, it makes me lose my energy. It is not the first time that it appears because days ago the same took place and never manages to download the challenge of Maya, preventing my game constantly.

LOL, I just saw the Baron strolling down the lane. I did purchase Maya though with the hard earned 1000 crowns. I do not remember having received more crows, so I am still expecting that my crown balance is 0. Well I have both protagonist walking now. And I finished the Maya quest line.

Returned to my game just now & the Baron is back to buy in the Town Square.

This thing is really bugged S8! Putting the Baron on my board & then returning him without reimbursing the crowns.
Maybe he just decided to check out my Queendom to see how he could coerce some gold outta me. He is a pretty greedy you-know-what! 😉
