Dragon story crashing

Dragon story on the latest IOS system for iPad has been crashing for months now, both on the two latest iPads. It doesn?t appear to be happening on my iPhone X but only on the iPad, I?ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but basically you?ll hear a crackling sound from th audio and then the game crashes to the home screen. It?s happening so often every day that I?ve decided to write this, I really need this looked at or fixed because if I plant apples or start a quest or breeeding or anything it crashes ad I have to redo this constantly any help would be appreciated.
