I defeated it with Peregrine Djinn using Water.

Have you tried using animals you have with any of these elements (which are strong) against round 23:

Egypt, Gem, Rainbow, Service, Skull, Tree, Water, Zodiac

Not sure what happened there. I try to open storage or the store after each battle but I don't always remember to do it. I do remember to open storage when the rounds that offer bonuses like kites for this tournament.

Thanks for the reply, I just battled round 21 again & got him with Jingle Wings using Water which is what I used to beat it the first time
