I'm not sure if it has helped and that TL has picked up on it, but I recall that I once made precisely that suggestion: nice to see that it's reality now!

Alright then, time to get the A-team off the beach again, and see if it can haul in this tiger... :P
In real life tigers are my favourite animals, so this is a nice one to get!

---SOME TIME AFTER THIS ROUND OUR IPAD WAS FORGOTTEN FOR A FEW MINUTES IN A CINEMA AND WAS THEN STOLEN---
Gone is the iPad and already it is missed very much. As for this game, it means I now cannot complete this tournament (which was going to be tough, but would have been possible). I shall also not be able now to finish the Fadingo quest. We were well on schedule for it and had already done 40+ % of the feedings. I really hope the insurance covers this loss, but at any rate it doesn't seem likely we'll have a new iPad before the quest expires.
Now, a very important question as for this game: since it disappeared from a precisely known spot in a known 10 minute interval, and with ample of cinema personal over there, we searched and asked (up until 1 hour after losing it). There would have been PLENTY of opportunities for the 'finder' to return it. It didn't happen.
I just made a police statement. I also tried locating the iPad with the "Find my iPhone" app during all of the evening to no avail. I switched the phone remotely to 'lost mode', let a message be displayed on the screen with my telephone number and also set it to erase the entire iPad when it connects to the internet. So far it hasn't connected, unless someone jailbroke it.
Can anyone tell me what I should do to preserve my FFS progress? There are some back-ups in iTunes but they're several weeks old. If/when we get a different iPad, what do I do to make sure I don't lose my progress?



Well.... Up until the end of day 2 (which was actually very late at night) all went really smoothly but I haven't had a victory for quite a few attempts now on both of my accounts and today I'll be away most of the time. For the iPhone I can probably find a way to "sneak" in the battles anyway, but I can't bring the iPad. It doesn't look like I will be able to finish it completely on the iPad unless I now get a clean run of lossless victories. Hmmm, bummer.

As for the round 15 match on the iPhone: Funny, in previous tournaments the Treent was often stuggling against the dark-electric combination I think. I'm ready to try something else. I'll probably first give my epic Treent a shot and if that doesn't help I may decide to raise my level 10 Magmacore some more. I do want to make sure my Aurora Pegasus can be fed up to go to epic level as soon as it comes out of the fower (it needs 4:30 hours still to complete its second evolution). I'll probably do the math on how much I will have in food then, and feed the rest to the level 10 Magmacore. It looks like I might have to raise him to epic level too in the coming few days so he can become an occassional fighter on my team, especially against a dark-electric combination...

Update:
I just went over my notes and sheet and it looks like the Magmacores will be called in to try and save the day on both accounts: it is listed as one of the best elemental matches against both the dark-electric combination (i.e. Zapra) as well as dark-fire (i.e. Thanksgibbon). I calculated how much food my Aurora Pegasus will require for bringing it to epic level once it's out of the flower and that amount is 80,000. Moments ago I was at 103,870 food and I just spent 20,000 of that for bringing my Magmacore on the main account from level 10 to level 12. That will have to do for now. If it doesn't easily get past the Zapra, I'll let the epic Treent step in and see if it does better.
On the iPad account the Magmacore was already a part of my core fighters, so I already had it at level 11 and I am glad to see that there was enough food to bring it to level 12 too, so I just did.
Now then.... let's see if the level 12 Magmacores can save the day on my next attempts on the main and secondary accounts!
