    Unhappy Losing Gems

    The other threads for this problem has been closed. I tried email (ticket #), but Storm8 wouldn't address and referred me to the forum.

    Quite often, my gem count goes down by itself. This is a real pain. I guess Storm8 won't do anything about it--they won't even discuss it. Very unprofessional.

    I am sorry about your gems. I'm afraid the forum cannot assist on loss of gems. Please file a forum dispute thread if you wish to speak to the Community Manager regarding Support. Thanks.
